Tips to avoid issues:
* Do not use your email address as your username or password, and avoid spaces or special characters.
* Keep your email address up to date under account preferences. If you reset your password, that is where instructions will be sent.
* Make sure your email address matches the one we have on file. The easiest way to do this is during online registration each fall.
When creating a new parent portal account, you will make up your own username and password. Do not use the access ID and access password you were given. Those are entered further down in the form. If you need assistance, please contact your school’s office.
If you have student information to update, please utilize the Year Round Update link found on your parent screen. This will help to keep your student's information up to date.
